Any ideas on our bowl game and the opponent? One good thing comes out of this loss to OU, we dont have to play UCONN , what an unattractive bowl.

 
Someone told me it is Michigan in the Ben Cotton bowl

A lot of projections have NU vs Iowa in Insight.... a few projections have NU vs Arizona in Alamo...

If anyone gets updated or inside scoop, please post. Once I stop "shaking my head", I plan on making bowl plans/reservations ASAP

You read my mind. I seriously almost "asked" where you were. You seemed to have a lot of insight (no pun intended) last week.

So what makes you so sure about Alamo. Are they taking Washington? And do you have a guess on Iowa/Michigan

 
My Question is Where does the insight bowl rank? It used to be cotton bowl was the highest NON bcs bowl u could get in the big12. then last year i heard the Holiday was the highest?

 
I believe this is the order

BCS

Cotton gets 1st non BCS = took aTm

Alamo picks next...if they take Washington = no Nebraska...if they take Arizona = possible

rematch of last year's Holiday

Insight picks 3rd this year... this year they moved up in the order..bigger payout

tweeted that Alamo meets at 11:00 today to decide, and he would be shocked if they don't take OSU

* If this is the case, it is either Insight (popular choice among projections) or Insight could possibly pass on NU and take Mizzou (not likely), but it could push NU to Holiday to face Arizona again in rematch

My best take is Insight vs Iowa / Michigan (up to Gator Bowl)

 
No way Alamo passes on OSU IMO. This is based on nothing just location and the fact that OSU is probably considered 3rd best in Big XII right ahead of NU. OSU really started to look good in the 2nd half of the season just like aTm did.

My gut feeling is insight.com vs. Iowa.

 
While constantly searching the Insight bowl (google), I just came across a blog from "LALATE"...Las Angelas late news.... the site is somewhat tied to espn and while looking at it, the guy who wrote the article about how the Insight was in limbo because of the Gator bowl....

but, at the end of his article, he states "What we DO KNOW for sure, is the NC game, Rose Bowl, and Alamo Bowl (OSU vs Washington)... piss

I would rather go to San Antonio than Tempe.

** I haven't heard about the godaddy.com bowl

** anyone have news on the team Hotel? We always like to stay there, but it is quiet this year. Typically a Marriot if I remember right.
