Bowman injured

I also heard that Tomerlin had a shoulder injury and Sievers is moving to defensive end. Wow, its as if they knew we didn't have sh#t to talk about.

 
KOLN Channel 10/11 reported at the 10 O'clock news that Bowman might have suffered a ACL injury. They never said if there was a tear. Other sources indicated that it was a hyper-extension of the knee.

If it's a knee hyper extended he will be fine. If it's an ACL he might as well take the year off and get healthy.

 
This sucks if this is true along with the Beck B.S. then my anticipation for this season is a little shaky. I'm not saying that these two things will de-rail this team. I'm just saying that for me personally these two things have bummed me out!!! :WTH

 
If Bowman is out, Jones is going to have to be the real deal. He wore a yellow jersey on day 2, I guess he was playing with a lot of energy on defense and special teams.

I heard that Jones is doing pretty good in fall camp, and making an immediate impact. Hopefully that's true and if Bowman really is hurt he can step in and make an impact.

 
If this is true, at least we have Jones back there to step in. However, I don't know who else is there to fill in for nickle or dime situations.

 
Man that sucks. I was really looking forward to seeing Bowman and Jones together.

I sure hope he takes a medical redshirt and comes back next year!

 
The medical redshirt is the only good thing to come out of this. Jones, Bowman, Grix, Ruud, McKeon, and Octavien would all be seniors if it's as bad as reported. Other than that nothing good.

 
Terrible news. This may keep us out of the big 12 championship game. HUGE loss. Really puts pressure on our front 7 to go all out on every single play.
