Bradley Out For The Season

I'd say it stems from all of those pu&&y Tech f**s throwing cheap shots and the extra carricular activity after the tackle. :steam

He has a torn ACL. He is pretty bummed and depressed about the whole situation at the moment. He was hoping it was nothing serious, but the doc's said he will be out the remainder of the season

2 good LB'S out for the season. Dillard and Ickes could be sharing time in the rotation for Stew's spot

Nebraska strongside linebacker Stewart Bradley may miss the rest of the season with what appears to be a serious knee injury suffered Saturday against Texas Tech.

Team doctors will do an MRI on Monday, the Journal Star has learned. But preliminary examinations show that a torn anterior cruciate ligament is likely

If Bradley, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound junior, indeed tore his ACL, he would miss the rest of the season but return in time for spring practice.

Through five games, Bradley ranks fifth on the team with 26 tackles, including five for losses. The Utah native is tied for third on the squad with six quarterback hurries.

Adam Ickes, a senior walk-on from Page, would likely replace Bradley as the strongside linebacker starter. The 6-2, 225-pound Ickes has 11 tackles this season and two blocked field-goal attempts, including the block that preserved Nebraska’s 7-6 win against Pitt on Sept. 17

Oh, that really sucks! Could he be eligible for a med waiver?

Awful! Keep your head up Stew. Yet again this team has to dig deep.

edit: Any word on Hardy? He was running around before the 2nd half..

I agree get Dillard in there and get some playing time. There's no better time then now! Really sucks about Stew! I feel bad for the kid!
