Brandon Jackson on Packers coaching staff

Assistant Coach
Brandon Jackson returns to the Packers as a coaching intern

According to ESPN’s Jason Wilde, former Green Bay Packers RB Brandon Jackson is back with the organization as a coaching intern. To a small but loyal group of Packer fans, this is great news. Jackson was a 2007 draft pick out of Nebraska, and while slightly undersized, he was good at basically everything a back can be good at.

Good for Bjax! The Packers staff is a great place to break into the coaching ranks.

Man, if he stayed 1 more year.

He was so good. Just a pure, talented, workhorse. Had that low center of gravity and just churned out yards and catches.

If he was in the Osborne I-Back era, more than any back since 2000 he woulda been an A Green type talent. Reminds me of Ahman the most, actually.

Was just going to say what you posted there. Remember really wishing he could have stayed, but IIRC, the family situation was such that he needed to do something to help them out...

That's awesome! I followed GB briefly because of him. I had forgotten he started 13 games in 2010! Good to see him get a new chance there.
