Breakfast Bake 43"

3 eggs

3 slices of bread (cubed)

3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

6 slices of bacon, browned and crumbled

1 green pepper, chopped fine

1 cup milk

1/2 t. salt and pepper

1/2 lb browned and drained bulk sausage (I use Bob Evan's because I like the spice in it)

1 small onion, chopped

1/4 c. mushrooms, sliced

Beat eggs, bread,milk, salt, and pepper until foamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and place in refrigerator OVERNIGHT. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
