Broccoli Casserole:

1 stick butter

1-1/2 cups Waverly or Townhouse crackers

2 boxes frozen broccoli

Melt 1 stick butter and mix with 1-1/2 cups of cracker crumbs (reserve some for topping) Press in a casserole dish. Cook 2 boxes of frozen broccoli, following directions on box, and drain. Place on top of cracker crumbs.

3 T. flour

4 T. butter

1-1/2 cup milk

1 jar of Old English Cheese

1/2 cup sliced almonds

Combine ingredients making sauce and cook until it thickens. Pour over broccoli. Top with reserved buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
