Quite a long article on the matter. I don't know much about this situation yet, having just heard about it from speed, but this guy looks like he has the bases covered. He really doesn't mince words and is exacting in his tear-down of ESPN.

The point is larger than the network's boggling loyalty to Craig James, who admittedly comes across as the worst kind of person: an idiot too stupid to recognize his own malice, too weak to fight his own battles in public without the help of an odious PR agency, and too hambrained to avoid contradicting himself on the stand while "making a face like an infant messing his diaper," in Leach's words. He is arguably despicable, but he likely had little to do with the suspension of Feldman.
Is this site supposed to be like BleacherReport? Because if so, why is there quality writing?

BTW, apparently Feldman's suspension is for assisting in Mike Leach's autobiography, something he supposedly had gotten an OK from ESPN to do. Ha. The author hit the nail right on the head in this article: that is some shockingly childish behavior from ESPN.

If this is true then :espnsucks:

My hope is that Feldman comes completely clean about the inner workings of ESPN. There are shenanigans on top of shenanigans going on in Bristol.

I had long resisted, but lately it has become more than obvious that the ESPN coverage of the scandal at Ohio State is much, much greater than their coverage of any other college football scandal. Why would that be? Because the Big Ten Network is a very direct threat to ESPN and their partnership with the SEC. ESPN is not acting in good faith, all the while pretending to hide behind the cloak of 'journalism."

Now ESPN is coming out saying he was never suspended...but has 'resumed his assignments'. hmm..
