The assistant DB was referring to was Hank Hughes I believe. DB went on to mention that MR's top target couldn't get out of his buyout and so he ended up with HH, who had no connection to the staff and never made an attempt to be a integrated part of the staff.

It would be interesting to know, but I am very happy that the net result allowed Parrella to join the staff.
