A couple of notes. Hiers has said Kentucky and Miami were leaders at one time, both of his parents attended USF, and he called Florida his "dream" school and wants and offer from them. With that, he released his top 5 today. Florida is the only one on the list which has yet to offer (meaning if they offer, he's 100% Gator).
