Callahan: "Again a lack of Emotion and Intensity"

On the coaches show Callahan's first comment was the lack of itensity. He said they thought they had that taken care of after last week, but obviously not. "Well have to go back to the Blackboard." says Callahan. That is not coaching, what could possible be the problem. "We came up here to play a game that could put us in position for a championship and it obviously didn't get done," Nebraska coach Bill Callahan said. "We did not match the early passion and precision of this football team that we faced today and that's our fault."

Callahan said passion and intensity are critical because they produce mental alertness. That was a trait the Huskers seemed to lack.
