Just going through the rivals150 and found this guy with only two offers so far. Maybe there's a good reason he hasn't got more offers yet. Not sure who Doc has offered so far but I'm guessing he could find room for a 4 star guy. I also noticed that we don't have any rivals150 players targeted.

 
Doc likes to look through the rough. He normally never finds a diamond though. IMO he needs to make a move on him. He obviously has talent if he is a four star on rivals.
