If you were at all smart, you would realize you proved my point. Adam was an excellent player, but Coz's system put him in the improper position to play.

Did you actually watch any of the games and see that he lined up inside quite a bit?

Yes I did and Adam played better on the inside, dominant at times. Maybe if you would have watched a game or two, you would have witnessed it instead of talking out of your backside.

Just as long as it isn't like Bernard Thomas' guarantee he had a few years ago.....

I heard that Carriker is up around 320 lbs. now?!?!?! Anyone else heard this??? That will be a big, fast, scary, M-F'er if he doesn't lose a step.

Last I saw on the NFL minicamp look-in with the Rams, he was at 305+. 320 lbs wouldn't really surprise me at this point, they would probably like him to add a little bulk to play the nose. That would mean he is up nearly 30 lbs from last season, that's one big dude.

 
There was a St Louis reporter on 1620 commenting how Carriker has basically owned the Rams O-Linemen in practice, especially Incognito. I look forward to that carrying over into the sseason.

 
On Mike and Mike this morning they were doing their breakdown of the Rams and Golic was gushing about Carriker. He said he was a big DE at Nebraska and is bigger now that his moved to DT. While he's 308 Golic said he looks 250. Golic called Carriker a stud! He said he has done really well in the preseason and the test will he how he holds up for an entire NFL season.
