True, But it is also a completely new philosophy on both sides of the ball so I would imagine some of the existing players might not fit the mold of what this staff is looking for. 
 

You expect heavy attrition going from a spread and 3-4 to a pro style and 3-3

Im starting to get the feeling that if he wanted to commit to Nebraska he could have already committed but he hasn't so the longer he waits the slimmer his chances are with not having a spot on the team.  I get that you want to take your time to decide on your future but bc time doesn't stop you can lose out on the opportunity that is open for you.

I literally just too Sanders off my board as I was marking Brix as committed.

But Fong thinks otherwise.
