CB Darnay Holmes [UCLA - Signed LOI]

To which school will Holmes commit?

I don't know if this has been posted yet, but my gosh look at the lose hips, quick feet, hand eye coordination, and speed and athleticism of this guy. I've never seen a guy move his feet so quick and precisely as Darnay. Watch how the receiver breaks on him and gets a little separation and he comes back and makes plays on the ball. He's a fast thinker and his body reacts very quickly. He could be an immediate starter for us and a lock down corner from day one. I'm also super impressed with his ability as a punt/kick returner and his wide receiver ability.

I know there has been rumblings about Darnay moving his commit date back.

He has officially moved it back now.

Will possibly take all his visits.

Only scheduled visit thus far is Miami.

 
Sure seems like backing the date up takes him from a Stanford lean to a 50/50 with us! I'm guessing a strong start to the season will put NU over the top!!!!

 
Miami wasn't one of his top schools. It seems like he's using visits to get out and see places for free more than he is to seriously consider going to some of these schools. In all reality it's down to Ohio State, Nebraska, UCLA, and Stanford. That's it.

I'd agree. Miami is a long ways from Cali.
