I saw it as well. I couldn't figure out where Hansard was committed at the time though. Makes sense now. Nothing in the periscope made me think he wasnt possibly N.

Yeah 247 is incredibly high on this kid. Looks like they have him as a 97 (composite is lower). I don't know what their cut off for a 5 star is, but it looks like he's about as close as you can get for their service ranking alone.
