Just wanted to point out that if Watts and Blades don't make it, our #2,6, and 8 ranked players of the 2017 class won't be on the team.

The class was never elite to begin with ranking wise. It had good players..but not enough of them.

The class was never elite to begin with ranking wise. It had good players..but not enough of them.

i was being sarcastic about the elite part. Was just wondering since blades was one of the highest rated recruits we probably loose a spot or two.

Hear what you are saying, however the 2 or 3 players that we use to replace them have the potential to all be rated higher - now losing a year of growth is never good, but probably an even swap at worst...

Well....to honestly look at this, you would need to know what players on all the other teams aren't making it to campus. Every team has recruits that don't make it. Sometimes they get by and everyone is there. But, many times they don't.

Well....to honestly look at this, you would need to know what players on all the other teams aren't making it to campus. Every team has recruits that don't make it. Sometimes they get by and everyone is there. But, many times they don't.

I would agree. That's why I've always said that players not making it to campus/not contributing/leaving early is a separate from - though related to - "recruiting."
