Carter has already been working on him....Saw awhile back when Henre' tweeted he got the NU offer a former teammate (committed to MissSt) replied and said something along the lines of, nobody cares about Nebraska...Hailstate #sec,.....Carter then tweeted to both of them saying remember what team was with you from beginning to end....

This kid is a sleeper. Toliver is a Bo-style CB, good size, speed, and physicality. He plays to the ball, not the receiver, and can tackle well. Great one-on-one player. Got one of the highest :star :star :star rating on 247, and will most likely be bumped up to :star :star :star :star during the season.

He's picked up a number offers since NU offered, but he offer list really only has Oklahoma as any major threat. Has anyone heard anything about this kid? Will he be at BRW? This would be a great pick-up.

 
Rummel kids are always rated low because their HC doesn't allow his players to travel during the season, or attend some camps. If I'm remembering that correctly.

A MSU commit said that? What has MSU done? They didn't beat one team with a pulse last year. Plus other SEC fans say Starksville is a hole. We aren't where we used to be but we're a better program and better school than MSU.
