Said Kansas and Nebraska are his favorites right now. Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Kentucky and Missouri recruiting him the hardest.

Oh probably, but part of me wants to say you can't fully discount them with two 4 stars in the fold and a bunch of solid 3 stars. To be fair Mario isn't from Louisiana so the offer probably doesn't hold much weight to him

Somewhat related. I've said, many-a-time to my father, that one underrated aspect of Nebraska returning to prominence is dominating Missouri on the recruiting trail again. I've seen high school football in both Nebraska, and Missouri..... It's not close.
