what are the copy right rules if I take this to a print shop.

Don't know the answer to that, but I do know you won't get anything even close to a decent looking print at any legitimate size based on that graphic. It's much too small.

is there a way to get around that?

drop a lot of weight so you can get a very, very small shirt.

Only way I can think of is finding the original maker and asking for a large version.

You (meaning THE ADMINISTRATION) deleted one thread, nobody looks at the wallpaper/photos forum, and if you don't show an actual picture people don't seem to notice the original post in which it was linked

Besides, that one is updated! I found out the Oklahoma player in the original one hasn't even played in their last 6 games or so.
