Central's Grixby may "greyshirt"

if bo can get this kids head on straight this is a great deal for us......if not i doubt he around next year anyway. win win situation

 
He will likely follow his brothers footsteps and come to Nebraska... I think he would make an excellent DB with his speed. Couple that with Pelini's coaching and it should be a slam dunk!

 
i don't think i could stand another undersized DB playing again, although Grix got better last year, his size hurt him the whole time he was in the secondary, leaping ability or not.

I agree 100%. I couldn't stand the idea of a 5'9" DB getting outjumped again and again.

Put the ball in this guy's hands and let's see what he can do with it, instead of putting him in a position where he doesn't have a shot a greatness.

seems odd we would do that so soon, based on some of the things reported regarding his behavior last season? hell, who knows.....but this makes me nervous!

Or if he wasn't our best DB. All of this hating on Courtney because he is short is "Dee Dee Dee", Yes he is short, and yes he has been our best DB for the last few years.

thank you for making that point.. i have tried many many many times to tell people that he was our most athletic and talented DB playing, but no one believes it they just say oh look hes only 5'8 hes too short to play.. blah blah.. kids got talent, and if he was 3-4 inches taller he'd be in the NFL..
