When are the assistants gone? Now, before the play offs, after the play offs, or after the play offs but doing double duty? Might make a difference in how OSU does

 
I think the Kiffin move is fascinating.

He went from Tennessee to USC, where he undeniably failed. He then worked under and learned from perhaps the greatest coach in college football history and is now taking a reasonable, not-so-flashy job at a division one school with low expectations but a good recruiting area.

This could end up being a great career move.
