CFN predicting an upset of OU. As much as I'd love to see this, I really can't see it happening. But, on the other hand, Knowing how competitive Bo is and how much he would love to beat Stoops, ya just never know.

Are they f'n crazy? We'll beat Oklahoma, but lose to Colorado and Mizzou :LOLtartar

Mizzou doesn't scare me at all, yeah its on Thursday night, but that doesn't replace all the players they lost. The roles are reversed from what happened last year and I wouldn't doubt Bo will run it up much like Mizzou did to us at home.

Also Colorado is Colorado... I'm guessing they picked them cause of how close the game was last year, but aside from that we have had their number the last couple of years. Weird things seem to happen in that game though so it doesn't bother me as much as picking Mizzou to beat us.

I think Mizzou will really have trouble getting to 7 wins

It is possible that we can beat Oklahoma.

It is unlikely that we will beat Oklahoma.

It is unlikely that we will lose to Missouri, Colorado and Kansas.

They also have us listed as #38 and Missouri listed as #20......

Whatever, they could have us listed as #99 and it still wouldn't matter...

I think NU will get everyone's attention this year... :hellloooo :hellloooo :hellloooo

If Missouri gets to 10 wins, I will renounce my Husker fanhood and start rooting for the Tiggers.

If I saw things right, they aren't even a favorite (Vegas odds-wise) in two of their non-conference games. (I think I saw Illinois favored by 5 or 6, Nevada favored by 2 or more).

Ah CFN, jumping on the bandwagon early! I like it. I like it alot.

As for how the season pans out: who Nebraska beats, who they lose to...that's why they play the games. Let the season start!

Nebraska beating OU but losing to Missouri, Kansas and Colorado has as much chance of happening as Virginia Tech playing Florida State in the Big 12 Championship game.... which coincidentally was exactly what this pathetic breakdown predicted this morning before it was changed.

I'd hardly call them picking us third in the North "jumping on the bandwagon" (5-3 conference record, same as Kansas with KU winning the head-to-head). What a bunch of clowns at CFN. I think they got an early jump on the weekend booze.

If we lose to Missouri, Kansas, AND Colorado, even at 8-4 that is going to disappoint a lot of Husker fans. Except if their predictions come true we'll play spoiler for OU and probably keep them out of the MNC game since they have OU's only loss to us. LOL.

This is going to sound really silly, but this isn't by any chance last year's article, is it? Did they mess up somehow and copypasta from 2008?

Even still, there's just no way to explain this. These predictions aren't even close to reality.

After looking at the CFN predictions, I've got to think...what other crazy $h%t am I going to read today? Is Cy going to predict his Cyclones will make a bowl game this year? Are Baylor and ISU fans going to come to HuskerBoard and start talking smack to each other?

I know these are extreme examples of craziness but come on already, CFN, lay off the crack pipe!
