CFN's prediction

i think that pete fiutak writes the write thing, while the other staff members picked NU
Yep, and he has been on the MU bandwagon all season, at one point even talking them up as being able to maybe knock off texas in the champ game.

At this point I couldn't really argue with the article. We've known all season that NU has clear weaknesses that opponents can and have attacked. I expect MO to have us dialed in. Will NU show up? Will they bring the defense to the game? Maybe an even better question is will NU stay through the end of the game, or will they check out half way through. I hope they play with equal intensitiy from start to finish, but it's difficult to tell. Recent history seems to say maybe, maybe not. OKie State was clearly the better team last week.

With all our defensive injuries our strength is our offense with Jackson, Taylor and Purify. Callahan may have to just go for the shootout and hope our defense can hang on.

the way our offense has stumbled as of late, i hope it don't come down to a shootout. we just need to come out and punch them in the mouth quick, early and often and then put our foot down on their throats.
