Wouldn’t that be great?

It says something when my friends that go to ISU hate their life.Last Saturday, after the Buff fans had all left, the visitor's side of the stands were littered with CU hats of all types...baseball caps, stocking caps, cowboy hats...thousands of them. We couldn't figure out why all these CU hats had been left in Jack Trice Stadium until somebody pointed out the instructions on the beer bottles..."TO OPEN...TWIST OFF CAP".Am I actually witnessing an Iowa State alum and a couple of Huskers trying to make fun of Colorado's academics? Holy mother of God, now I've seen EVERYTHING. Yeesh...Yep..perfect example of teamwork. CU could learn a few lessons from this board...once they master those pesky reading and comprehension skills....Kinda what I was alluding to, but you obviously get the gist. :clapHe was supposed to be the exclamation point but they haven't covered punctuation in CU Honors English yet.
Don't worry...once they get the hang of running water and electricity they'll start feeling better about themselves. Just remind them that those openings that they find every so often in the wall are electrical outlets and they should NOT try opening them with their car keys. We lose more students from Colorado that way....It says something when my friends that go to ISU hate their life.Last Saturday, after the Buff fans had all left, the visitor's side of the stands were littered with CU hats of all types...baseball caps, stocking caps, cowboy hats...thousands of them. Ahh... I love my university!
No really, I do. Those guys are faaaaaan-tastic in my book, it takes a special kind of fan base to enjoy a football season even when the team goes 2-10.
On the first statement, the Husker offense is definitely better than the Colorado offense, but even with the injuries we have (which are significant) the Colorado defense is definitely better than the Nebraska defense. I guess then it comes down to which better unit outperforms the worse unit by a greater margin, or perhaps which inferior unit performs less poorly than the superior unit, right? Wait, did I just confuse the bejesus out of myself? I'm pretty sure I did. Nevermind.I think the Husker Offense outscores the Buffs. That is why we will win.
Question for the Buffs on the board: What is your impression of Hawkins? Is he golden (no pun intended) or does he have his fair share of critics? I am not impressed with him at all. And starting his Freshman son at QB smells a little, but I don't know the inside story.
:cheers
When he gets the players he needs for his system, its lights out. If we get Darrell Scott, I think it will set a firestorm for CU recruiting. There's a buzz in Boulder, a stupid facebook group instituted a stadium wide B****** for the FSU game. And I'm all over the place.I think the Husker Offense outscores the Buffs. That is why we will win.
