its funny how they find a way to figure out how many points each team is going to score per quarter... and how they are going to do it... every other board also seems to have some wierd nickname for the huskers too... jealous r they?

 
Have to give them a little credit for not being massive homers...at least most are predicting a close game (and a few are predicting a loss!).

Baylor is "good" this season, they have been playing some pretty good ball on offence and defence, but I dont think they can hold their own agianst the Huskers.

What fans aren't a little over confident in their team??? HOWEVER... I just really hope we can prove them wrong!!! Hoping for a BLOW OUT!!!

 
If you think they Baylor fans are out of line with their predictions you'd feel like hanging yourself if you could read some of the crap i have to put up with in the Dallas Morning News. They actually have Baylor favored by 3 1/2.

A spark, deep down in the souls of Callahan and Pederson flared briefly; briefly yet long enough to kindle the tinder that is Taylor and Ross…

This flame grew until it approached an almost unquenchable pitch, and then was cruelly doused by the very tears of Fate herself! But the flame was not wholly extinguished…

This flame was ignited in every Husker around the world and the heat of those thousands of flames will blaze as a bonfire, a bonfire so ravenous that even the gods can do nothing but stand back from the heat!!

But as all such fires, it requires a sacrifice… A Bear. Full grown, a terrible beast and formidable foe, yet impotent when challenged by the savage force of the flame…
