Chicken Finger Sauce/Pics

I've been making zucchini fries lately and need a good white sauce to go with them. Got a good recipe for a garlicky dipping sauce?

 
I have a friend who is a chef.. I emailed them and asked them if they had a recipe for you.  When they get time, they usually get back to me.  I hate to bother them.  I will post it, if they get back to me ok?  Meanwhile, I will keep my eye out for a good recipe for you,  if I find one, will post it.

 
Much obliged for posting this!  I get a hankering for Cane's sauce about 4-5 times a year and this is perfect.
