Anyone think he'll be productive next year like I think he will? I honestly think he'll be one of the go to targets next season, He broke his leg early in his career here at Nebraska didn't he? after these few years have gone by, I believe he'll have his step back and be ready to contribute. Thoughts?

 
I say, if he hasn't done it by now, he'll never do it. Guys like Cooper will rocket past him on the depth chart. Also, I believe there was a reason they went after a juco guy like Kinnie. We need help fast apparently. Here's to hoping he proves me wrong. Shouldn't be too hard. My wife can do it 20 times a day.

 
I figured we'd be hitting JUCO's because of Callahan leaving us in a tough situation in a year or two...we'll only have something like 14 scholly's to give...

 
I'd be really surprised if Brooks makes much of an impact next year. He'll probably be 3rd string.

Dunno though, just haven't seen him play that much.

I was hoping we'd score some better WRs this recruiting class.

oh he'll be first string next year due to the fact that he will finally "get" this complicated offense, and because of his NFL body he will leave breaking all the single season recieving records. I'll predict he'll be a high first round pick.

Why do you say Cooper will just fly past him on the depth chart? Weren't we all basically saying Brooks would do that to everyone 3ish years ago? Everyone puts WAY too much hype into everyone these days, it's ridiculous.

 
3rd string would be a bit optimistic because he'd have to leap Gilleylen.

But what's the hold-up with Brooks? He's supposedly the hardest guy to cover in practices.
