Thats what Cody Glenn got in trouble for...

I have a few team doctors that are friends of mine and one of them had to treat cody for a concussion after falling down the stairs at 2 in the morning while high.

If you got that information from "a doctor friend" I hope he has his insurance paid up because for him to devulge this type of information to you is a clear HIPPA violation and could cost him lots of money, his position, and his reputation. I can only caution you to be very careful about what you say "you heard."

First, as a fellow newby, I'd like to say welcome to the board, girl. As a guy with a rabid Husker fan for a wife, I feel qualified to say that there can't be too many Husker female fans, so ........... nice to see ya.

Second, I'm not really all that interested in peoples foibles, but I am interested in what becomes of this kid. Wonder if you, or anyone, has heard where he's going next?

Third, don't worry too much about the negative vibes. Revealing personal information about players/former players is a gray area and will usually get some negative feedback. You should do what feels right to you, within the rules of the board.

All is my opinion only, of course. GOBIGRED!

Also inherent to alcohol consumption is the possibility of addiction and screwing up your life royally. Other than that, it isn't too bad though.

Alcohol is no more addicting than porn or hoarding or any other mental bugaboo. Let's not demonize it to prove some farcical point, shall we?

I don't know where your animosity comes from, but directing it at me isn't solving anything. My father drank himself to death when I was 14. My sister is currently an untreated alcoholic. Now that we've all got our alcoholism bona fides out in the open, can we calm down and have a rational discussion?

:yeah My Crew and I probably drink way too much but we are much smarter about it than I was when I was in college. When I'm out I always have a DD with me, if not, well that's what cabs are for and the same is true for my Crew.
