Cleanest Programs

If you've heard it once, you've heard it a thousand times: How the hell did X program get X recruit? I wonder how much they paid! And while some of those accusations may have merit on occasion, college football coaches will always scoff their nose at suggestions of cheating, impropriety or even strong-arming players to leave programs to open up scholarships for seemingly more talented incoming recruits.

Dantonio's teams have had perceptions in the past of behaving pretty unethically on the field (not to use racially coded language but 'thug' behavior), but Dantonio has always seemed like a pretty ethically driven coach imo

I didn't see any SEC coaches on the list but it looks like they have an opportunity for recognition in a follow-up article

Though we did not get into detail this time around, a future Candid Coaches topic will surely be some of the most interesting stories coaches have heard going in the other direction from "clean."

What a deliberately vexing turn-of-phrase by Mr. Dodd. Certainly not one to rest on his laurels.

Cleanest program?  Where ever Turner Gill is HC.  (Which happens to be Liberty right now.)  Turner is a straight arrow.  He's been coaching for a dozen years and never a hint of scandal.  The closest thing Turner has had to a "scandal" was the brewhaha over when he implemented a team curfew on his KU players being with women after 10:00 pm.  Straight arrow!   lol
