Georgia Tech was rumored to be part of a move to 14 by the B1G after Nebraska joined. The other rumored moving buddy at the time was Maryland, FWIW.

Competition wise, Clemson would be a GREAT get for the B1G 10. Geography wise, it's sort of stupid. But I guess stupid is the trend. See: West Virgina to the Big 12, Colo to the Pac-12, etc.

Well to be fair NU has a midwestern culture and borders another Big Ten State and as far as geography goes you have to drive through three non-Big Ten States to get to SC.
