Coaches not talking to recruits

I seem to be hearing this more and more. if these clowns are just going to stop recruiting we need to get rid of them.

Yeah, the coaches should be telling them "you should come, it's a great place, but I won't be here and I have know idea who will be coach."

He should be trying to sell these kids on Nebraska, should be saying "Nebraska is a great place to play football at & even if I'm not here next year u can be sure that Tom Osbourne is going to hire a top notch coach". Of course, Callahan doesnt give a sh#t about Nebraska so don't expect him to go the extra mile to help us out.

Frisco, the coaches are between a rock and a hard place now.

But I'm less than happy with these reports that recruits are losing touch with them. That's inexcusable, in my opinion. This staff isn't even making an effort.

I am very concerned since most of this seems to go back a month, which is almost two weeks prior to the Pederson firing and about the time the team started to really tank.

If he cant recruit, then he needs to step down. he needs to say SOMETHING to them. atleast tell them what they know. but I have read more then one recruit say that they havent heard from anyone

Bro.. of course this gang is not going to try to save the recruiting class. Cally has already spoken about the instability at Lincoln is "hurting" (his favorite term for symph) the recruiting class. So naturally, if they talk to a recruit it may sound like "not sure what's gonna happen buddy, you might want to look at other schools".

But rest assured, all of those that inquiry, that if the recruiting takes a hit it will only be this class. Whoever takes over will get the great recruiting classes coming here year after year, and the funny part is.... they will actually play them. All that rocket science is out the door with Cally. Later.
