Cody Glenn Has He Been Forgotten

Found out that Cody hurt his hamstring Wednesday in practice. Guess that solves the problem huh? Newearthhusker is wondering why he couldn't make a yard on back to back carries against KU if you had seen the film it would have shown you he was hit in the backfield a couple yards behind the line and HE still managed to get back to line of scrimmage. So maybe being a power back with NU's O-line you sometimes don't get a yard. But previously he had gotten the list down everytime he carried the ball. Sounds like you want to write him off on first mistake

I agree with RHassell. It seems the boards are full of folks wanting powering running, but continue to deny the only power runner they have the opportunity. I have watched Marlon run and as long as there is grass in front of him he can go. There is no doubt Cory Ross is the heart and soul of this offense, but he can't do it all by himself. Cody having a strained hammy would explain the lack of use this week, but what about last week? I think back to the Baylor game where they used Cody several times to control the clock and to sustain drives. He never failed to get the needed yardage even with the defense knowing it was coming. I hope that the fans of Nebraska can one day see what they have.

well if you watched Auburn play last night, you know they have a great O line.....WE NEED TO GET AND DEVELOP SOME O LINEMEN! that folks, should be our main focus for the next several years, along with a cople good TE's and a couple good DB's .........

They have an awesome o-line. They were able to block and let the RB run the ball down Georgia's throat. Cory Ross could do the same if we had a better o-line.
