Its probably only going to cost CU this much and they can probably raise it. The total cost is probably near $500M and the crazy taxes on weed should cover that easy(sorta kidding).

Not sure if legalizing weed is a great idea but its great for the states checking account with the amount of tax money they will make on it. Hell, Nebraska isnt even smart enough to get tollways to pay for roads, schools, etc so they could actually decrease property taxes, etc. And dont get me started on Casinos. Lets just keep letting Nebraska dollars go to Iowa and South Dakota.
