Colorado misses their whippings - begs for more

It'll be like Old Home days those years for those nostalgic for the Big 8. We're playing:

2018 - Colorado (Lincoln)

2019 - Colorado (Boulder)

2020 - none yet announced

2021 - Oklahoma (Norman)

2022 - Oklahoma (Lincoln)

2023 - Colorado (Boulder)

2024 - Colorado (Lincoln)

Even though we will probably stomp them in the ground like we almost always did, I have absolutely no interest in these games.

There were other schools in the Big XII that I didn't like. BUT, CU is the one that I have absolutely no respect for and honestly, I was glad to not have any association with them.

I really don't understand why the athletic department thinks these are what the fan base wants to see.
I want to see it.... :dunno

Obviously there are some that will. Living in Western Nebraska, most people I know have no respect for the program and don't want anything to do with them.
I don't respect the program, but I want to see Nebraska beat that a$$.... You know, give them a good hiding....
I really have no desire to have the Huskers involved in games where whole sections have to be escorted out by the police or tear gas shot at them. I wonder how many bags of urine our AD will have thrown at him during these games.

No thanks.

We could probably work Kansas into 2020. By then, they probably won't require a home-and-home and will drive up for ~20k.

Thats really funny how this just happened. Because last night I was just talking to my dad about how I wish we could beat up on the Buffs one more time.

While I could get excited about beating up an old has been, I'd like to see us schedule some recent upstarts or a few old timers -

upstarts:

Standford would be an interesting match up - similiar styles

Louisville - see if Bo can outcoach SW

Georgia Tech - see if we can beat our old offensive option model

Boise State - just to put them in their place

Old timers:

We still have a score to settle wt FSU - here in November

I'd like to beat N Dame again

I'd like to see Miami come here in November just one time. hey maybe our new AD can make that happen.

I'd like to see how we'd do against the Kellyless O Ducks & OC Scott Frost - that would be a real homecoming for him

USC - when was the last time we beat them?

We had Miami on the schedule for 2014 and 2015, but they backed out. Plus, a non-conference game in November is probably not going to happen unless the Big Ten starts conference play in Week 2 like the SEC.
