Did not feel good about the high expectations this year
I hear Martinez. BUT do we have that one guy willing to step up and will the team to win? Hold them accountable. Be "that guy". Martinez needs to go back and watch last years film and be that guy. Forget who he wants to be this year. Go back to that guy. Oh, and ask Frost to help with play calling to nulllify delayed blitzes and stunts that are confusing you.

I hate this. Remember this feeling? This is what his 9th lose as a starter, this team has had back to back 4-8 season I'm pretty sure they're familiar with what loosing feels like.

I like the emotion in Adrian's voice. He's played flat the last two weeks because I think he's trying to be level headed, but he needs to bring that emotion back into his game.
