Nebraska commits comment on hiring of Bo Pelini
The Huskers' remaining Class of 2008 recruits seem impressed with new head coach Bo Pelini, according to Omaha World-Herald.
Defensive end Josh Williams said, "He sounds like a pretty sharp guy. He knows what he's talking about. I want to get the chance to meet him."
Inside linebacker Will Compton (Bonne Terre, Mo./North County), who plans to visit Illinois and Missouri, added, "I thought (Pelini) was their best option for a defensive recruit like myself. I think it's great. I know he's done a great job at LSU, and he's a defensive-minded coach."
In-state athlete Jon Levorson (Crete, Nebr.) said after viewing Pelini's press conference, "I pretty much liked everything I heard."
