I think initially people were worried that he would have to take a year off to red shirt so he could grow a bit...

However, I saw some pics of him when he arrived on campus and he looked quite filled out.....bigger than his rivals weight of 205lbs.

If NEB's defense isn't top 25 within the next 2 years.....i'll be worried about the coaching....

The talent honestly looks like it is there..just needs to keep developing and not regress or stall.

Nebraska is at #36 nationally now in total defense. I don't think Pelini has his sights set on a top 25 defense......I think he has his sights set on a top 5 defense.

I can't wait to see these guys hit the field, I was glad to see the defense get better as the year went on and I see no reason why that can't continue next year.
