hey of course. i believe where i got it was here. just scroll down to layer effects..there're two i think..but i think they're the exact same thing. if you have any questions on stuff from GIMP, just go to GIMPTalk. hope this helps

If you don't mind me asking, how did you do the lettering effects? and the shades on the bars.

In an attempt to answer the, "how'd you do that?" question.

In Photoshop try using gradient overlays (looks like radial) on the bars or create a square with the correct gradient and using the free transform tool change the Y scale (smoosh it). The text use a combination of creative erasing(Google "grunge brushes", load them in Photoshop, use them as erasers and have fun.) and the liquify effect to achieve the text. Or search for a cracked or broken font, maybe easier but less control.
