Cool College Football Site

I enjoyed this one:

2001 Colorado Buffaloes: 73

2007 Nebraska Cornhuskers: 30

It would have been worse, but CU's kicker missed 5 extra points (WTH??). Actually, looking at the so-called box score from this "game", it's got me questioning the research they did to put this together. The kicker that they've got playing for Colorado didn't attempt a kick until 2002 (though he was horrific, at least they got that right).

CU's most commonly used running back from that year (Cortlen Johnson) touched the ball a grand total of 3 times during the entire game, and... uh, oh yeah, there were a combined 63 first downs during the game. That seems more than a touch far fetched. As a point of reference, this year's CU/NU defensive clinic featured 54 first downs... could we really have squeezed 9 more first downs out of a game?
Okay well how about this one:

1997 Huskers 63

2006 Buffs 7

:woo :woo :woo

Just did the 97 Huskers vs. 05 USC, the team ESPN said was even better than the 95 Husker team, and the Huskers beat them 28-14. One more reason to love ESPN.

I ran that sim 10 times home and 10 away. USC won once. The rest of the scores were just plain silly. Stuff like NU 54- USC 3.. Fun, but not very believable.

I did the '97 Huskers against '04 USC. Huskers pounded them 41-13. BTW, they pounded them at USC.

'07 Huskers didn't fair so well....87-23 USC.

Is it just me or is the '95 Huskers not available?

Just played the 97 mich vs nebraska

mich - 6

Nu - 10

The funny thing is that this is 2nd game that Eric Warfield has had at least 6 sack and named player of the game. Did Eric put in the stats? :)
Yea Warfield had 7 sacks in my '97 vs '07 game..and was the only player with any sacks

I played 07 LSU vs 07 Ohio St, I only played once and Bo's boy's didn't do to well. Final score 34-10 Ohio St.

That's not gonna happen.
All things considered, could you think of a more fitting end to 2007 college football season than that final score in the title game?

I'm banking on OSU for that very reason, but I REALLY cannot stand the Buckeyes, so I hope I'm wrong.

Kris Brown hits a 42 yard game winner to show the Huskers were the real champs that year!
