Let's hope so. You would think if it was potentially serious they would at least give him crutches to side on the side of caution.

 
Rumors are that CJax has MCL injury. Not sure how serious, but I've heard might be a 6 week thing. Don't hold me to it, though.

Not that any injury is good but MCL isn't terrible, especially if it's a sprain. Hopefully it heals quickly.

I'd be worried if we didn't always find a way to plug in an NFL calibre body there. This is the one group I'm not too worried about.

We've been extremely fortunate there, indeed. If that continues this year the defense should be muy bueno from a personnel standpoint.

 
Rose works as a #1 CB for the fourth straight practice. Papuchis says the spot is still open but with Cockrell probably getting a lot of reps at Nickel now, I'd think it's Rose's job to lose.

Just read that Pap said Rose and Davie are splitting for that #2 corner spot. Said it might not be settled by first game but that is ok because they would share time anyway.

That are our safeties look pretty good, so we should have solid play behind the corners which always helps.
