Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

If you don't want to cycle through the whole slideshow to see how Nebraska is doing:

Except that other studies and other doctors say otherwise

No credible study and no credible doctor has said this.

Oh, and Lincoln and Omaha had mask mandates in place yet their Covid numbers skyrocketed a month ago.  While Sarpy County didn't have a mask mandate and their numbers were similar to Omaha.

Most of the people in Lincoln & Omaha hospitals are from rural counties with inadequate medical facilities. Those rural counties largely ignore COVID, folks get it, and they have to come here for treatment.

How do the small town people get it?

If they come to Lincoln or Omaha they have to wear a mask.

I have not been to a small town, unless you consider Bennington a small town.

My guess, "big city" people go to the small towns for something, go maskless, and spread it?

This would make a difference for hospital bed and vent counts only.  This scenario would not affect Lincoln, Omaha case numbers.

I stopped in to see a friend at the hospital yesterday, here in Omaha...

Didn't seem as crowded as I thought it would be but parking was a pain.
