Cory would have been better in the old option offense... oh wait, so would have the whole program. Man I missed kickin the crap out of team the right way and not having to rely on passing 85% of the time.

Oh well, I'll always still be a Cornhusker fan.

 
corey will only be as successful as his offensive line. I dont think neb has a good line. They really need to recruit juco's for 2006.

I'm a little old fashion but I would prefer they stick to recruiting 5-6 high school OL every year bj. Not sure why you like the jucos so well.

I just don't understand this bj. NU has never had a history of success with jucos. And you always seem to have to play catch up with the jucos. We should be taking 5-6 OL every year. If don't start getting that I will consider both Callahan and our recruiting a busted year.

By the way this is off topic but I used to know a black belt martial arts guy named bj. You are not from omaha are you? But youd also have to be pretty old as it was a while ago. Probably not I suppose.

 
I don't live in omaha and I don't have a black belt. I wear suspenders. :woo

badk on topic: juco's are quick fixes. HS kids need to redshirt. neb needs jucos.

I'd actually wish UNK was a juco college. it would really help neb

I agree. Cory is going to have a GREAT season barring injury. You couldn't ask for a nicer or more hardworking kid. He may go down as one of the all-time most remembered Huskers if this season goes as well as I think it might.
