I was right there with ya in the stadium. But remember that starting this year it's new home is Jerry Land in Arlington. I would love to go see this stadium for a bowl game, plus it would be kind of neat to see the Cotton Bowl from both stadiums....and the last time I was there for the 06 Cotton Bowl, it looked like the stadium could have crumbled if there was a stiff breeze...I don't like the cotton bowl because it's a morning bowl...
Gotta love the level of professionalism displayed by media members these days. There's so much crap spewed by so many "bloggers" that things like this don't get researched, or even checked for edits before they're sent up.Independence: the Independence Bowl, now that Kansas and Kansas State have put themselves in bowl jeopardy. KU has to beat Texas or Missouri get bowl eligible, while K-State has to beat Nebraska in Lincoln, since the Huskers have two wins over Division I-AA foes.
The Huskers didn't play any 1-AA teams, it was the Wildcats
