Buddy of mine owns a bar in Omaha where Suh was drinking heavily before he got in that crash on campus. Said no way in hell the guy was sober but cops pretty much let him go. Not saying he's a bad guy or that he is any different from any athlete or student for that matter but it's a story that never really got out.

I would agree, but you have to remember that he'd be giving up about 200lbs in that fight.
