I finally had time to watch his films. GOOD GOD this guy is a BEAST! You talk about going all out every play. This kid displays that AND then some.......So damn glad he's a Husker!

All the plays they included in the highlight film, anyway Nevertheless I'm excited to have Ankrah aboard. Somebody said he's iffy? why, grades?

He has a 790 on his SAT's.....I was told that you need a 950.

If i'm not mistaken(as it is possible with the new SAT's) you need a score based on your GPA overall. It used to be that way for Div 1 athletics but not sure if that changed with the new scoring. I had a 3.85 GPA in high school and all I needed to play was an 810 on the SAT's. Back then(1995) you could have almost received that score by filling out your name correctly.

Wait the scale for the ACT has changed also? I knew about the SAT from other posts, but when I took the ACT I think the max was 35? Wow, have things changed!

They are just adding all 4(?) sections.

To clear up any confusion, each of the four sections of the ACT is scored out of 36. The total "composite" ACT score is also scored out of 36, and I think it's just the average of the four section scores.

OK that is the same then. I guess I was confused when I saw numbers in the 80's above. Why would they do it that way when everyone else uses the ave?
