I made this for the first time for dinner last night and it was really tender and one of the best pork roasts I have ever made. I am going to be making this often. Served it with a bacon potato dish I make often and green beans with bacon.
Crockpot Ranch-Style Pork Roast:
1-(2-4-lb.)-Boston Butt Pork Roast, Bone-In
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
***I Used Cream Of Mushroom Soup With Garlic
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Milk
2 Packages Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
Season pork roast with salt and pepper; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine soups, milk and 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
Coat the pork roast in the remaining Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix on all sides and put in Crockpot.
Pour the soup mixture over the pork roast and cover.
Cook on low in a slow cooker for 6-7 hours.
****I cooked it longer because we eat late.
