CU smokers

They do it every single year. I can't believe the cops are this stupid though. All they can do with people turned in like this is hold them for a day or two.

hold them for a day or two? holy sh#t.. im glad nebraska's possession laws are only 100 dollar fine for under an ounce of weed and another 100 bucks for the pipe.

No, they couldn't charge them with anything. A photo of a joint can't prove anything, their lawyer will just say it was tobacco. They'd only hold them as long as they possibly could without pressing any charges.
