That said, I LOVE the idea of moving him back to defense. Turn him into a small Will backer or a safety and let him kill some people.

This is what I like to hear. There is no reason why he should be 5th on the RB chart when he could start on defense. I'm glad they finally decided to put him back.

I disagree with LB remarks. Sure we're struggling there, but both safeties have been playing horrible. I thought we'd upgrade, but it hasn't looked very good. Asante is missing tackles, Green is hurt, Thenarse is lost, Wilson is no where to be found and Eisenhart is a little slow IMO. Put him where we need him. We have Dillard and Octavien and Bradenburg (with Ruud and McKeon in there somewhere).

FANTASTIC NEWS. I think most of us felt this was a pretty bizarre move (for Culbert to go back to RB, while being a 5th stringer) despite his 5 carries or so vs Nevada.

I totally agree with the above post.

This is WAY overdue with the talented freshman we have, he wouldnt get on the Field much at all.
