Cursing on message boards

I've gone to some other football sites, and they allow any kind of language. Does this make their board better than this one?? Have I just grown out of that? f-this and f-that, everyone other comment is about your mother.

No, it makes this board better than theirs.

I know I have to think about not cussing when I post but that's because I type like I talk and I curse like a sailor most of the time. It's nice being able to have a civilized conversaton, though. I much prefer no cussing.

What sites are you talking about? I know rivals deletes swearing on posts quite a bit.

I have a feeling I know what board you are referring too. My opinion is there is no need for it. Husker football, and talk regarding it, when it is in an open setting like the Internet, should be family friendly. Now, when you're at a bar and kids aren't around, that is another thing.
