No that I agree that he isn't, but going to NC really doesn't prove he has what it takes to be a big time player in Div 1.

Wonder why Frank did not offer him?

As stated being picked up by North Carolina for a chance at QB, but most likely on the fast track to 4th team DB. Does not prove he is division material. I wish him luck and hope I am wrong about his ability, but he had two different offenses and never showed he could handle either one of them IMO.

 
Makes you think NC has a bunch of QB's including the number 8 Dual threat recruit from last year. But maybe he went there for a good education or should I say one with a more prestigious name.
